The Terrebonne High School Choir, directed by Mr. Andy Messina, is a group of young musicians with a shared vision of making high quality music together. The choir usually consists of two ensembles, the THS Mixed Choir and the THS Women’s Choir. These ensembles consistently earn superior ratings at both district and state festivals. The choir also regularly performs in numerous venues throughout the community. Students from the THS Vocal Music Program are consistently chosen through audition to perform as members of LMEA All-State Choirs, LA-ACDA Honor Choirs, District VII Honor Choirs, as well as other honor choirs as far away as New York. Soloist from the THS Vocal Music Program frequently participate in district solo and ensemble festival, district music rally, and state music rally. Most of the students participating in these events earn superior ratings.

Aside from their musical endeavors, the Terrebonne High School Choir participates in community service projects. The choir assembles food baskets to be personally delivered to families in need throughout the community during the holiday season. They also collaborate with the Bayou Council of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse in a effort to reduce the amount of store owners selling alcohol and tobacco to minors.
